I read the Call tabloid this morning and I am impressed that Fahs showed respect for his members. As a president this is more of what is needed. Not agreeing with the BS coming out of the Chief's mouth shows some honor. It is only another ploy to bust their union. White has been chief 1 year now. What has he made better? Nothing! He is only in that position to do the wrong to the employees that the other chief refused to do. I believe this will all be proven in time. Go Air Force!
Any word on what is going on with the new fire house?
Chief White is not a leader he is a puppet. A simple tool of Hilmers and the group that wants to destroy this union. Thats all this has ever been Our taxes hav'nt went down just the quality fo the Fire District.
Can't you guys write anything positive about the MFPD? Why is it that only the employees seem to find fault with Chief White and his leadership? The people seem very pleased with the district's service. If you folks are so unhappy why do you still work there?

I seen in the Call News where Mike Leara is not far the sales tax for fire and ambulance districts. What is amazing when Leara makes the statement about the Mehlville Fire District being the model fire district in the St. Louis County area. I guess he would make a statement like that when he is making out like a bandit being the insurance broker for the fire district and raping the citizens blind. When you see his black caddy out in front of the administrative offices its not for shaking hand with the employees but hes going in to see his cash register cash in on your tax dollars. WHAT THE HELL HAS LEARA DONE SINCE HE BECAME STATE REP. ANSWER (NOTHING)
First of all 10:34 not all of us or firefighters or past employees that are doing the blogging on this site. Some of the individula are fire chiefs and employees of other fire agencies I am a concern citizen that doesn't have a dog in the fight however I have a neighboring fire chief that keeps me up on the activities at Mehlville. Why would anyone say anything good about a chief that does not want to get along with the other fire agencies around the so call great Mehlville and further more the why White treats the employees is very wrong and should not be allowed. As far as the people being pleased by White's leadership these are individuals that are unaware of what is really going on in the Mehlville Fire District. The other fire chief's call him a little Hitler that is his kingdom not the tax payers like it should be. The other fire chief's, firefighrters from other districts, employees of Mehlville and a lot of citizens all can't be wrong:
I could not agree more with 11:17, I am a fire chief just south of Mehlville and with out question I would prefere not to go into that fire distrist if Chief White or some of his other chiefs are in charge at a fire scene. This situation is very dangerous and I would not want to be envolved in any of the operations. These people are going to kill some firefighters or citizens that are envolved in the situation. Someone needs to wake up and see what is going on in Mehlville before someone gets killed.

You need to go and talk to the fire chief's of Crestwood, Lemay or Fenton, these are only a few of the chief's that will not have any dealings with the great chief from Mehlville that talks behind there backs and is a constant lier to both his employees and all of the other fire agencies within the metro area. Mr. Stonebraker you of all people have the nerve to talk about people not having balls that will not talk to White face to face. You have never had the balls to face anyone face to face except in your past phony blogsite. You have always talked about the firefighters and other political subdivision behind there backs but you were a true coward when it came to facing these individuals to there FACE.
I think 11:17 doesn't have a clue what is really going on at Mehlville. There is no one who knows Chief White once any conservation with the man. He is completely out of the fire service loop.
Wehrman should have kept his hatred to himself. He is one step away from the unemployment line. He obviously is more with dissing Chief White than keeping his job.

As a tax payer I want to know eveything. The Call Should hire a Paul Harvey clone so we can get the rest of the story, You give some papers the right amount of money and they will write anything. All truth comes in good time. I can only imagine what the voters will feel like when it finaly dawns on them that Hilmer and Co are nothing but frauds and this last 5 yrs have been nothing but smoke and mirriors. My dear, dear 6:38 you are missing a large point of the...point. The Call doesn't WANT you to know everything. They are heavily invested in Hilmer, Stonebraker, White and the rest of this mess. Read their articles for God's sake and you will see that Hilmer always gets the last word. They also try to clean up any statements issued by Hilmer and White as both of them are borderline illiterate and cannot speak in complete sentences. In the Call Tim White makes the statement that he has spent a great deal of time (Refering to MSD) and they have been very receptive to working with me. In another paragraph Mr. Lance Lecomb states this is just something that we are becoming aware of: Oh I thought White said he has been spending a great deal of time with them. WOW ANOTHER LIE:

Timbo saw more smoke and heat at Red Lobster than he has seen in his entire fire fighting career. Ask some of the senior guys, they will tell you, most of them never seen him in a fire.I heard he would get a cup of coffee and go to the restroom before he would go on a call.
