White your comments in the Call what you have done is a real joke. Most of the items that you have brought up like the fit for duty have been in place for the last couple of years. It is very apparent that you have not paid attention what was going on in the district before you were chief. As far as safety you have hurt more individuals on you watch then any other chief that has served Mehlville. If you were so concern with safety then why did you not send companies to the river boat to train with Lemay when Mehlville is booked on the first alarm. You are no dout the worse chief that Mehlville has ever had. Hilmer talked about the older employees not being able to go to another fire agency, what about you. You have no formal education in the fire service and you are not a paramedic plus you have never had experience as a company officer or chief officer. I can't wait to see how the employees are saying about your idiot programs in the edition of the Call. I can tell you the employees have no respect for you or your programs. If you ony knew what the employees say about you away from the stations your head would be swimming. Its very close what the chiefs and other individuals in the fire district are also saying about you. NOT GOOD:

I agree with every thing 1:05 pm has said about Chief White. He states that he is a christian. I don't think good christian people would treat individuals like Chief White treats them. Mr. White you need to ask god to forgive you for all of your sins on the way you treat your employees. MY FRIEND YOU ARE NOT A CHRISTIAN:
