South St. Louis County is a nice place to live. It'll be a better place when Call Newspapers no longer exist. Do what you can to make that happen. Don't read it, advertise in it or support those that do.

Mehlville Fire Department Land Deal Doesn't Pass the Smell Test
WOW, This is the first that I have heard about the land deal. Just looking at the Channel 4 article and interview I think the deal stinks and furthur more it looks like the fire boards friends made another dollar off of us tax payers.
I wonder why they did not mention that one of Doc. Hendrick's kids went to school with Hilmer and they prompted him to Deputy Chief right before buying the ground.
Hey Aaron way to go tellng that reporter his smell sensor needs adjusting. As a Kid you spent alot of time at the hendricks house. No connection my eye. Go Hurricains
Everything stinks about this BOD Someone needs to go over to St Anthony's and put a microphone under Bonnies Nose. Since MFPD redirects Almost all there ambulances there. Squeeze her alittle she will give up the ghost. ICE ICE BABY
Someone was taking pictures of the Taco bell \ firehouse today. could it be the call getting ready to spin another pulitzer prize winning artical on how Aaron is so great and how everybody in mehlville loves him. Aaron ask me if I care about you. Why dont you sit down and enjoy that meal of crow. and wash it down with a steaming hot cup of shut the hell up. everytime you open your mouth you say absolutly nothing. Thats alright Anthony will fix you with a splendid quote from the call.
Bonnie is the Treasurer so as far as I'm concerned the buck stops there! What about the pension to his high school buddie, what about the other contarcts awarded to his buddies? Let's dig a little deeper!
Its about time the Hendricks boys get exsposed for who they really are. Their Daddy got them both hired at the Fire District, he was the landlord of a previous BOD.In fact little jason fail the Fire Academey, and wrote a nasty letter saying he never wanted to be a Fire Fighter anyway. So thru politics he got to take the test over, and passed. little brian is so far over his head( which doesnt take much) in this position, I'm sure he'll be the next Chief, when Hilmers done with timbo.
Sounds like E. Davis from Fox 2 needs to drop in the Mehlville Fire District and really see where your tax dollars are going. Remember You Paid For it.
Aaron Hilmer has turned this Fire District into a circus. He thrives of publicity - "negative" publicity. He is an incompetent liar who has no business in ths position whatsoever! The next thing he will do, as the heat and flames continue to surround him (no pun intended) is start pointing fingers are the two other Board members. What a spineless, arrogant abuse of power!!
5:52: More troubles are coming for Rick Barry and Local 1889. I hear Dr. Hendricks is considering a defamation suit for the lies Local 1889 has been spreading about him. Let's see just ONE shred of factual truth tying Hilmer to any wrong doing. This is all about innuendo and lies from Local 1889. They cannot prove anything. Either put up or shut up!
In defence of D/C Brian Hendricks- He has been a fine training officer. He is about the ONLY good thing this BOD has done right! He works his ass of on providing RELEVENT training to the firefighters of MFPD. I think he shoud keep doing the training as he does!
5:34 I bet you hear lots of things. Here's some advice: Believe none of what you hear, half of what your read and only most of what you see.The doctor won't be suing anybody for defamation. If he didn't want the bad press, he should have not done this deal with Hilmer. Jean Harlow said " When you lie down with dogs, you get fleas!" He should get one of those collars.

Brian Hendricks finally got to take command of a fire,he called 10 fire trucks to put out a comforter fire ,he'll learn, just hope its not at a Fire Fighter or Citizens expense.
10 firetrucks at 1000 dollars a trip plus man hours for each fireman and fuel. for a 60.00 comfitor. hm Ide like to say it was a good job . Noway these guys are idiots. White & Hendricks. niether are qualofied to put out a match in any other SoCo District. Just like Hilmer isnt qualified to run a fire district.
The citizens of Mehlville and the Firemen have lost a great friend and former training officer. Chief Silvernail My condolances for the loss of your dear friend retired Fire Chief Palmer. He truly was a great man.
