Hey that little bird is back again and has told me that there is a new Ford SUV in the basement of fire station #5. It is my understanding from several firefighters that White wants it for his winter car. He is the only fire chief that I know that has two vehicles for his use. Tim White is a wessel and spends the citizens tax dollars like he is stealing from the bank. SHAME ON YOU TIMMY:
I seen where the fininancial officer candidate is on the agenda. White is the one who should have been fired and then they could have hire a real fire chief that know something about the fire service. NOT AN ASS KISSER

I am a Creve Coeur firefighter and I would like to know what we have done to Mehlville to take a slam in there Hotline news letter. At least we did not take any money under the table for the purchase of land and then promote the guys son to Assistant Chief that we bought the land from. Talk about spending tax payers money, what about the HOTLINE NEWS LETTER. OH by the way our Chief worked his way through the ranks and is not a suck ass.

I am a resident of the Metro West Fire District and I resent the fact that the Mehlville Fire District put the names of our firefighters on the pay sheets on there District newsletter. I think that there board chairman is a first class asshole for doing this. Mehlville needs to get there act cleaned first. It is my understanding that Hilmer is raping the district blind with taking funds from there reserves to buy property, insurance and pension investments from friends. Just look at the property that he bought for one fire station site. It was from a firefighers parent that after the transaction his son got promoted to Assistant Chief. I also was told that his brother that is another firefigher drew up the contract. Hilmer has a big mouth that needs to stay in South County. He has ruin the Mehlville fire district, please don't let this jerk ruin ours or anybody elses.
I have a hard time believing that the BOD has spent tax dollars on a anti-union political hate message in the fire department mailer. What a waste of tax dollars.
They also fail to mention the
HBA ( Home Builders Association) donation to Hilmer and Stegman campaign in return for doing away with residential building fire inspoections.

IN THE ABSTRACT, it is truly amusing to watch the minimally educated, happily unemployed trust fund baby, Hilmer, parse out the "value" of skilled men and women who serve the public by protecting property and lives.
Hilmer, who is not degreed, trained or certified to do ANYTHING passing judgment on the qualifications of people who have been on the job for twenty years and deciding they are lacking.
Hilmer, declaring anyone not a fire-medic is "unemployable" -- HIS WORDS -- and then promoting White, one of those unemployables, to captain and then, four months later, to chief.
Hilmer, doling out pension fund accounts, business contracts and JOBS by the score to old high school friends, neighbors and political cronies.
In the abstract it is all very amusing.
IN REALITY, it is sickening to watch Hilmer screw fifty year old workers who have dedicated their lives to this district out of their pensions.
It is sickening to watch him institute an insulting disability policy which leaves workers and their families in dire straits in the event of serious injury.
It is sickening to watch Hilmer shed these people through various duplicitious strategies only to replace them with cheap new hires.
It is sickening to watch Hilmer promote unqualified ass-kissers to critical supervisory jobs where their obvious inexperience can endanger both citizens and fellow employees.
It is sickening to watch Hilmer and his comical Barney Fife handpuppet, Tim White, reduce this once proud, once respected department to a laughingstock in the eyes of other emergency professionals.
WOW Look at the "cartoon" in the Hotline. Pretty blatently one sided. Mike, I believe that when you were on the school board, the Call would have screamed about such propaganda coming from a nonpartisan entity. The whole Hotline is horrible.
MY QUESTION IS HILMER FOR REAL OR IS A WALKING DUMMY FOR DOPE SNIFFING STONEBRAKER?
I just finished reading the latest addition of the Hotline. As my daughter would say OMG. What I particularly liked was Chief Whites Q& A with Captain Apple. What a surprise that he picked his new best boy Apple. You can hardly see Whites mouth move when Apple talks. What they should have included was the video of Apples parody of White. I understand it is quite good. It is so good that I heard that the million dollar deputy recorded it on his phone and was showing it at his church. Apparently there is one part where he explains the extensive vetting process he went through and the intensive 1 week food management training he attended 25 years ago. What he said really impressed the board is that he knew what sides where included with the crab cake dinner.
The Hotline:
-Conveniently timed for several months prior to a board election, yet conspicuously absent the rest of the time.
-Produced and distributed by Call Newspapers whose staff seem to trip over themselves to praise the board regardless of their actions or inactions.
-Missing any background information about all of the shady deals and schemes rewarding friends and associates of the board members.
It won't change until the residents want answers like they did in Northeast (the old Normandy Fire), but Mehlville's board is better at marketing than Northeast's board was.

How many of you know that one of Stonebrakers band player has one of the contracted positions of the Mehlville Fire District? One of many friends that are reaping the benefits of politics. And Hilmer has the nerve to say that other Fire Districts are taking advantage of there fine citizens
Most of us firefighter and Paramedics would agree that we need to consolidate with Lemay and have there Chief be the Chief over both Districts. He has experience managing a large Department like St. Louis, He with out question is the best fire ground commander in St. Louis County and he knows how to treat people. All of above our present chief lacks. Its going to take a guy like Chief sventanics to manage a malcontent district like Mehlville with the inexperience Chief, Assistant Chief and Deputy Chief training officer that a Board that knows nothing about managment promoted these incompentant individuals.
What else is new. Chief Timmy is a considered a joke with all of his chief officers and training puppets. They all took his promotions and the pay increases and then they go around to the firehouses and bash his policies and make jokes about him as a chief. Surprisingly the only one that doesn’t is chief Schmidt. He has been standing up for the chief and enforces his policies and does not allow any negative talk about polices no matter how stupid people think they are. Go figure, what a sell out. I guess he has been gulping the Kool-Aid.
His chiefs are not the only ones that think he is a joke. Just talk to the area chiefs, law enforcement and the business community. They all just shake their heads and laugh. He will be the downfall of the board. They are still being mislead and used by stony and hilmer. Stegman and ryan are smart people. They will have their eyes opened one day, but it will probable be too late. It will be too late for everyone including the residents.
