There could be significant evidence of Diehl's emotional distress: the fact he's run the Mehlville School District into the ground.
Maybe we'll all get called for the October 27 jury trial.
What trial is that?
Under "Scheduled Hearings & Trials" it shows October 27, 2008 Jury Trial. Is that still a go?
I don't know, but I doubt it. They schedule these trial dates months in advance and then move them when it gets close to the date. With these latest rulings, there's not much to take to trial. Thanks for reminding me though. I'll keep checking.
Speaking of trials, when is Bob Strinni filing his wrongful termination suit against Hilmer? Has Bob "chickened" out?
