No on Proposition A

I can't vote for Prop A for a variety of reasons. I'm not buying that our casinos can't compete without loss limits removed. I'm still waiting for new money promised to our schools from when we allowed casinos into Missouri. Even if this promised money would come to our St. Louis County Schools, there's nothing to stop the legislature from taking other money away.

Gotta agree. Can't vote yes as much as I respect teachers and value public education. Don't trust the legislature.

Have no moral objections to gambling in general, but it's clear Prop A is entirely a casino industry driven initiative. They couldn't care less about education except as a tool for selling their agenda.

I am leery about the removal of loss limits, but even more disgusted with the idea we should prohibit the future establishment of such limits. This benefits no one but the gambling industry.

I also believe it is arrogant and silly to think we should be able to set such a prohibition in concrete for future voters as if our judgment is guaranteed to be superior. Lordy, we just need to look at the dingbat in the White House to refute THAT idea!

I agree
I gamble on a VERY small scale ut what the casinos give the state taketh away!

It's almost a crime that the casinos, under the guise of getting the schools money, try to have access to more of the citizens monies!

As a result the people on
'fixed incomes' lose more and then complain about paying to much taxes!
