South St. Louis County is a nice place to live. It'll be a better place when Call Newspapers no longer exist. Do what you can to make that happen. Don't read it, advertise in it or support those that do.

I saw that grumpy old McCain in one of his confusing speeches again today! He said a lot that I didn't understand because he used his words like a republican. He used statistic but not telling were his numbers come from. He said Obama's tax cuts for the 95% of the taxpaying citizens were phony and socialism. Steeling from the rich and giving to the poor. He said 40% of all Americans don't pay taxes. Who are these 40% he is talking about? The unemployment rate is under 7% nationally, isn't it? Is he counting every infant to the age of 17? Where are the other 33% of the population he is referring to coming from? He also said its socialism? Does he mean like our public educational system, military, police and fire protection? Or socialism like social security, Medicare and medicaid? I don't know why he wouldn't want to help the middle class! If you know what he’s talking about, please let me know. This guy is all over the place. I must say, I am happy to hear from McCain that Obama isn’t really a terrorist anymore!
