Hey Mike
All of just got an email from White on a pay scale recommendation that he has made. He states some will get a raise and some will not. Its my guess like a lot of others that the suck asses and loony Whites friends will get a raise on that dummys recommendation and the real people will not get a raise. This my all means will not stop the employees from heading west.

I am a fire/medic and this is not fair holding the straight firefighters and medics hostage. These people do the same job as the rest of us except many of them have been around which gives then real experience both on the emergency reponses and knowing the fire district. And I agree with 3:03 pm this will not keep employees here. Hell we aready just lost one and there are four more looking. What does that say for the new chief?

Lets look at the pay raise if you lower the hbase pay of the employee to justify a pay raise its not a pay raise its just more bullshit from dumbass no nothing chief with stonebrakers hand up his ass controling the whole district.
