Tim White refuses another event by the Mehlville Fire District. The St. Louis County Police did a fund raiser event for BackStoppers on Sunday October 4th on Lindbergh in the Mehlville Fire District. A request was made for Mehlville to send a pumper to the event, Chief Tan Face White refused and The Affton Fire District took up the slack and sent a pumper and several other fire chiefs attended. Another Pr. event given to other fire districts to handle because Mehlville could not make the the grade. SHAME ON YOU WHITE:

The other chiefs know what an unqualified loser he is. For them to cross into his district for PR events, especially when he has refused to participate, shows their lack of respect for his "leadership".

This is another reason why Mehlville should be taken over by some other fire agency:

Tim White has no leadership. The other chief's know and respect what BackStoppers do. I highly respect these chiefs for there support of the BackStoppers and injured service men and woman. Remember White is the one that refused to take part in these very important events. I hope the other fire agencies keep showing there support in Mehlville when the unquailfied chief of Mehlville turns his head on the community.

Vets, Backstoppers, what a real bunch Patriots in this group. These people make me sick. White is a Flamming incompitent Chief And to chicken to tell the Real Chiefs in the outlining Districts what he really feels. He is a token white shirt under the control of James Stonebraker. Keep it up timmy Stonebraker has a history of turning on his friends.

6:07 am Are you kidding me: Thank god that the other fire departments care about public relations. It is very known that Chief White doesn't care about the citizens of Mehlville.

At this point, 8:04, I would have to agree with you. This department has declined to the point where being absorbed by another could only improve service.

They have managed to build some shiny new buildings (and simultaneously stuff the pockets of friends and neighbors!) but they have decimated the ranks.
Shiny new buildings will not save your life. When you can't find your way out of a smoke-filled house or you're incapacitated with chest pain, you don't an entire crew fresh out of school.

Experienced leadership has been driven out or demoted. Many of those who are hanging on because they have too many years invested have REQUESTED demotion so they can serve out their remaining time as far removed from management as possible.

White does not have, nor does he deserve, the respect of ANYONE, including Hilmer. Morale is non-existent. He was promoted purely for political reasons to a position for which he is shockingly unqualified. Everyone knows this and his childish tactics do nothing but prove the point. He believes he can demand respect through intimidation, ridiculous rules and spying but stamping his tiny jackbooted foot only inspires laughter.

Inexperienced people are leading other inexperienced people and patients are suffering for it. Fire scenes have been mismanaged and needless property distruction has occurred.

Neighboring departments are taking steps to protect their own personnel on mutual aid scenes because they don't trust Mehlville officers to do so. These other departments are looking at Mehlville with an educated eye and find the sight both funny and frightening.

In only five years, Hilmer, carefully under the instruction of his republican political cronies, have compromised the safety of Mehlville residents to such a degree that dissolution of this department and a takeover by another would be relief.

How can you say Mehlville's fire chief has leadership?

I heard that some of the West County Guys are giving fire safety classes to some of the Mehlville Businesses.

The day people stop bringing you their problems is the day you have stopped leading them - Colin Powell

When has anyone ever brought you their problems Timmy - NEVER and they never will. You are not a leader in any sense of the word and never will be. Do the right thing and step down.
