How the hell can they call this a raise when they took our longevity away?
Anyway you look at it Mehlville is still one of the lowest paid fire districts that will still lose its employees to other higher paid agencies. Also they will be treated fair not being written up for smiling at the Idiot Chief.
The man to ask is Stonebraker. he is a coward.
