We continue to wait for the Call Newspapers to cover the numerous violations of Missouri's Open Records Law by the board of the Mehlville Fire District. I guess lawbreakers don't like to snitch on other lawbreakers.

Believe me, he's tied it up a lot more than just this.
That has nothing to do with his news paper. You may have a clean record but you sure do not know how to blog. I do believe most individuals in South County like whats in the Call Newspaper. You people just can't stand the truth.
Your entitled to your own opinions but not your own facts. I've seen polls where the Call ranked below toilet paper as the source people would prefer to get their news. Milligan and the Call wouldn't know the truth if it slapped them in the face. Rarely have I complained that they are not truthful in their newspaper, but their other activities are what bring my contempt. But that's OK, if you can respect a fellow with his record, you're a pretty poor judge of character. And if I don't know how to BLOG, why are you reading this?
