Mehlville Fire Board Speed Meetings
I have no interest in long meetings, but the Mehlville Fire Board has been breaking records along with Missouri laws with their record setting times. Notice that I've been posting all agendas and minutes for the last several weeks and there is no mention of the tax debacle and looming bancruptcy. When are they discussing it?

What's to discuss? Because of the latest attempt by union president Nick Fahs and executive board members of Local 1889 to fabricate a case to the state auditor and attorney general of malfeasance, the BOD is getting ready to go court. I hope this time the board sues the union for legal fees. It a bunch of crap and there's no way the board can lose. Much ado about nothing. Local 1889 will be defeated once more.

4:43 maybe...maybe not. won't it be fun if you're wrong? the AG and the auditor aren't impressed with Hilmer's pathetic protestations that the wording on the ballot isn't important because everyone KNEW what they really meant to say. just possible a JUDGE might feel the same way about sticky little points like wording. love how you blame the firefighters because Hilmer and his fellow re-dumb-lican anti-tax zealots were so frantic to put an unnecessary tax reduction measure on the ballot that they screwed up the language. Hilmer and his cronies could have set the tax rate as low as they wanted. but they weren't satisfied with lowering the rate; they insisted on imposing their silly philosophy on future boards. i hope this bites them in the ass even if it means bankruptcy for the district. maybe SOMEBODY will start paying attention to these slimy asses and their underhanded tactics.
4:43 PM Local 1889 has nothing to do with this, the chairman of the board designed the language for the ballot that was very incorrect. If anyone should be sued it should be the fire board they made this mess. You need to take three happy pills and got to bed, don't take your dope it might cause a reacation you idiot.
Blame it on the union! That is laughable.
Maybe if the board understood the laws the district wouldn't be in the mess it is in!

Smells like the people for Southpoint are at it again Rumors of controlling the land Between hwy 44 and the meramac river. this was lets see what townships will be involved. Sunset hills Linberg School dist, Lemay, Hancock School district, Affton, Oakville Sappington Concord< Green Park, wow Someone has a big to do list. Last time this was tried the voters said noway. but now that Hilmer and co have financially screwed the fire district and put gag order on all employees. Let them do this lrt them try again to make mehlville its own city. wow can you imagine tryint to pay for our own road repair our own police force. that takes alot of tax dollars but hey we can afford it Look what the reform party has done for the Fire Dept Im pretty sure this group could run mehlville on Two wooden nickles and a smile. But hey this is just a rumor But as voters I would start to maybe ask questions. You,ve been dooped once do you want to be dooped twice.
